He is always professional and is an excellent surgeon with good diagnostic skills and judgement. he also communicates well.As far as running late, well he is a surgeon: opthamologists are surgical MDs...they treat eye disorders with both procedures and drugs. Given the complexity of arranging surgical care at hospitals, its impossible to predict or control. Also he is getting busier since he is such a good MD.Advice: take the day off; eye appts are usually 3-4 hour affairs due to waiting on eye drops, etc. This has been my experience thru my last 20+ years needing MD eye care.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
