Dr. Penalver was kind, compassionate, thorough, and informative. He treated my daughter with dignity and respect. He has a very comforting demeanor and put us both at ease. He spoke to us in a way that was easy to understand but without taking down to us. I would highly recommend this physician to anyone and everyone.
