Patient Reviews
Jun 16, 2024
Dealing with AMD has been daunting, especially as a professional photographer and videographer where my work depends on keen attention to detail. When I first noticed changes in my vision, I was understandably alarmed. The Retina Institute of Virginia responded promptly, scheduling me for a visit shortly after I reached out. Dr. Astruc provided a thorough explanation of my condition and outlined a clear treatment plan. The ongoing treatments have eliminated the distressing symptoms like wavy lines and blotches. Dr. Astruc consistently demonstrates professionalism, friendliness, patience, and kindness. The staff at the Williamsburg office is highly trained and incredibly efficient. From the moment I check in to when I schedule my next appointment, the team is nothing short of wonderful. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art retinal scanners and technology. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Astruc.
