I have been a patient of Dr. Lacayo for 2 years now for treatment of peripheral neuropathy in my feet and he has been nothing but attentive, compassionate, willing to listen and answer any questions I might have. I have had zero problems getting an appointment including the initial one without a wait. When I need to have yearly pre-authorization for a couple of my prescriptions for my insurance company they have been handled in a very timely and prompt manner and the same for refills of existing medications. For someone to say they have had a terrible experience with him or his office I can only say there are 2 sides to every story. Frankly I don’t believe it happened the way they said it did. I wish all doctors ran their practice as well as Dr. Lacayo runs his and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
