Pregnancy and childbirth are already stressful and anxiety inducing parts of life, but having your child get diagnosed with a heart related condition that needs surgical intervention makes both worse. Dr. Juan Lehoux was my daughter's surgeon, he corrected her vascular ring when she was 4 months old. When she started having choking episodes he took her symptoms very seriously and made sure to get her scheduled right away to remove that as a factor. During the process he over explained everything that would happen, listened to all of my concerns, answered my countless questions and provided ample amounts of reassurance. He is a fantastic surgeon and I thank God for him saving my daughter's life.
