Dr. Charles is very approachable and pleasant. Initially, I was quite nervous but quickly felt calm because of her demeanor. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable yet is able to explain things in way that is clear.and unambiguous. She is a dedicated specialist in research and medicine.
