I had never been to a D.O. before and had a bad impression of doctors and avoided going for a good chunk of my adult life. Dr. Brackin is a wonderful, kind, factual professional who has helped with referrals, getting me back to a healthy place, and exploring alternatives as well as answering questions. There’s a severe shortage of medical professionals across the board so scheduling and whatnot is inherently difficult at times. Her office has been great despite that even during the COVID craziness.
