We have been going to Dr. Longoria for about 10 years. She is a wonderful dentist. Her office staff and hygienists are personable and knowledgeable. It is typically a great experience. Note: If you call to tell them that you may be 10 minutes late, they will charge a late fee…so don’t. Please note that grace is not reciprocated when they are late. One change since she has opened the newer, nicer office is she pushes orthodontic treatments on nearly EVERYONE. She will say that your child has straight, “perfect” teeth and then offer an orthodontic consultation. If you then follow up with, “but my kid’s teeth are straight etc and you just said that they looked perfect”, she will backpedal. Feels like a hustle. I know that the braces are mostly cash-pay so this would be a money maker for the practice. It just feels like a way to pay for her new office and Lamborghini SUV in the parking lot. Aside from the obvious orthodontic hustle, she is a great dentist.
