On Christmas Eve, 1989, when every other doctor at the JCMC wanted to cut off my leg at the hip, because they didn't think that they could reconstruct my pelvis(which was broken in 13 places), Dr. Rao stepped up and did a magnificent job. He also performed my first hip replacement when I was old enough to receive it. I've always found him to be highly capable, caring and attentive, as was/is his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Rao, and have, to many friends.
