I saw Dr. Ruelan at Kaiser. She was the first Dr. In my time with Kaiser that I felt was actually humble and treated me as a person, not an object. She was compassionate and caring and I have a hard time trusting doctors as I’ve had a lot of bad experiences. I was disappointed when she left, but then I left Kaiser too as there just aren’t enough good personal physicians.
