I met with Dr. Josephsen with my granddaughter, son, and several family members to discuss my Great Grandson who is in Cardinal Glennon NICU. I had several concerns and much anxiety as I did not feel communication was being provided. Dr. Josephsen and Nathan (Resident) were both very helpful, communicated well, answered questions to the best of their ability, and I felt much more comfortable after that consultation with the care and communication provided to my Great Grandson.
