Unreal! I was greeted by Heather who kindly sat me down in the waiting room, next Katie the medical assistant Talk to me and assessed my needs. Dr. Hasting Promptly came in… like one minute later and I have Pcos hormonal acne and a wart removal. Katie was patient , listened effectively and was so kind. This Office offered free product, coupons, and didn’t make me spend a cent. I am used to going to Trillium Creek. I will never step foot in Trillium Creek again. Thank you Dr. Hastings for moving my wort, talking to me about my acne, Katie for calming my nerves, and the whole office for making me smile ????
