Dr. Paltrowitz is the best. He's extremely knowledgeable about many conditions. He has the expertise to diagnose and treat these conditions to provide the best possible outcome. He has a moderate approach to medication management. He is honest about the pros and cons of each medication that he believes will be helpful including the possible side effects. I find him to be extremely respectful of my beliefs and wishes for my family. I wouldn't trust my family with any other doctor. Dr. Paltrowitz is a true gift.
