I suffered a broken finger which she treated twice - once with pins and then with screws when the pins didn't take. Because it was immobilized for so long the tendon and bone "married". She referred me to a hand specialist in Seattle who was terrific. The specialist was able to separate the bone and the tendon. Dr Lang is humble enough to know when a referral is in order. As a person, she is lovely and caring.
