Dr. Horsley has outstanding bedside manner and actually CARES! He is dealing with my mom and her foot wound. He listens to his patients and explains his plans for her care. Berkeley Medicine is very fortunate to have him on their staff. He is a diamond in the rough! The world would be a better place if we had more like Dr. Horsley.
