I’ve been a patient since Dr Kala Foster bought the practice from my retiring dentist. Dr Foster explains without pressure the dental issues she finds. She is thorough, patient, and I never felt rushed. I alternate appointments with Hall Periodontics in Traverse City every 3 months. Hall Periodontal staff praised the dental work recently performed by Dr Foster for me. In May & June 2023 I called and left numerous phone messages to reschedule an August appointment. I received NO return calls. Wondering perhaps the practice may have closed, I drove 25 miles to Gaylord to find the office was open. The receptionist said there were no available openings until December. Because I already had a previously scheduled periodontal appointment in December, I canceled my August appointment with Dr Foster. I asked why no one had returned my repeated voice mails. The receptionist said she didn’t know, shrugging her shoulders. My impression was she looked tired, bored or simply didn’t care.
