I wrote the one star review. I'd like to recant that review. I don't know who made my initial appt. but he had written my number down incorrectly in their appt. book. According to the office girl, they did try to call me to reschedule (someone in the office had an emergency). I decided to make another appt. When I got there, the office girl was very apologetic about my previous experience. Everyone there is friendly & professional, Dr. Kalai is GREAT & I'm very happy to have him as my dentist!!!
