I had Dr Toluie for electrical 'heart attack'. I would rate him a 4.5 or 4, because I would have liked more explanation & follow up info, to understand what i was dealing with, & where my heart is on exit from hospital surgeries. I would rate him a 5.5 or 6 as a medical doctor. He is extremely skilled, extremely knowledgeable, & runs extremely good surgery teams!!! If you want to review results & weigh options, try a few things & see, you probably won't choose him as your cardiologist. If you have an urgent need or heart situation, esp if you land at his hospital, you will be so grateful he is your heart doctor. If you have an electrical issue, which is very different than just a cardiologist, you would be very wise to have him as your doctor (even tho there probably won't be a ton of explanations or chart reviews). If you see him in a bar, buy him a drink, he's a good guy, lol. THANK YOU DOCTOR (I'm Medical insurance, so I didnt have billing experiences.)
