I had never received the type of injury in 62 years that would require my visit to a place like Advanced Orthopedics until recently. I visited two days in a row this week and I have to say that I was not unimpressed by anything anyone did there. I was treated so well. It was very easy to get acquainted with everyone. I found it effortless to say personal things about my injury. I spoke with no less than 7 staff (incl doctors), all so knowledgable and concerned. Nobody rushed me. The looked me in the eye and I could feel a certain feeling a patient wants to feel with their doctor(s) that I haven't felt in years.When Dr. Cox first came in my room she sat down and asked me in a very friendly tone if I was feeling ok. She already knew where the pain was. She put my x-rays on the viewer and explained everything to me. The level of confidence and ability to find an injury no one else did in two visits at another facility was amazing! I can heal now.
