My mother-in-law needed her toenails clipped. She flinched every time I clipped them, and I couldn't get very much. Dr. Kozlowski made her toenails look like they didn't have any problems at all, like they were young woman toenails because she got them low and neat. My mom-in-law didn't even flinch!!
