Patient Reviews
Feb 17, 2023
I've been seeing Dr. Kim for minor cosmetic tune-ups for several years now and it's been consistently great. Even just coming into the room her welcome is like a breath of fresh air. On my nervous first-time visit she put me completely at ease--makes all the difference. Most amazing of all is her skill, or rather artistry, 'cause what she does is an art. With one look she knows which treatments will improve your appearance and how, and always takes the time to explain the options, their price tags and effects. With me she volunteered that one expensive procedure would have pretty subtle effects, i.e., wasn't optimal bang for the buck. In short, I can't account for the few negative reviews; I suspect the writers were just "problem people." Sure, cosmetic dermatology is EXPENSIVE, but SCP docs use a pricelist, no surprises. Once you decide what you want, Dr. Kim is F A S T and careful both: a true master. I don't expect psychotherapy or commiseration, just results. Those I get.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
