This physician with all her training and specialties is like talking to your loving aunt, sister or cousin she's very calm loving and supportive. Dr. Franks is able to concisely speak about the issues that the patient (my family member) is dealing with and how we want to create a plan together, to figure out what's going on and how to correct it. I was very happy pleased and satisfied with her ability as a physician and her manner. Thank you Dr Franks as a Human being and a Physician.
