Dr. Szczepanczyk was my doctor at the Backus Endo Center in Norwich. I loved her! When she was suddenly gone, it was most distressing. She was(is) everything desired...fabulous attention to detail; compassionate; determined to go above & beyond; kind & gentle but honest & thorough; more like family. Though she was obviously overwhelmed at Backus, she never was a clock-watcher and addressed my questions & concerns. Soooo very sad she has relocated to an area where the the highway is a disaster due to major blasting, delays. I miss Dr. Szczepanczyk very much. At my age, I doubt I'll ever find her equal.
