Dr. McNeill is realistic, empathetic, knowledgeable, and available. Her NP, Thelma, is also a gem. They are thorough, spend up to an hour on a follow-up visit, communicate effectively during and after the visit, and are devoted to the patient's well-being. Her training is top-notch...and it shows. Appointments and treatments reasonably run on time. The office itself is large, clean, and modern. The staff members are very friendly and professional.
