Dr. Heidenreich spent a lot of time with me. She answered all of mine and my husband's questions. She was respectful and very nice. She did a very thorough job and even cleaned out my ears. She evaluated me to see if I could wear hearing aids because of my benign brain tumor. She told me the cause of my hearing loss. I learned much from the visit.
