The smile on her photo is real! From the moment she walked in the door at our first consult for an upcoming surgery, always scary, through every minute in and out, to our final Q&A with her afterwards, Dr. Petrin was warm, welcoming, kind and thoughtful; serious when we needed serious and shared that smile when we needed that too! We knew EXACTLY what was and could be expected. The surgery went very well, my husband is 100% and we have Dr. Petrin and the nursing staff at UPHS to thank. Thank you all very, very much.
