Dr. Marshall genuinely cares about her patients. My son has been under her care for schizoaffective disorder for five or more years now and she sees him at least monthly and knows him well. She is easy to talk to, has great style and cares deeply about her patients, their family and their treatment, without her I’m not sure my son would be on regular medication and doing as well as he is today
