We have been patients of Dr. Rueters since we moved to Central Oregon nearly 10 years ago. We have found Dr. Rueter to be beyond helpful and the staff is the same. She actually is very honest about what can be done and is not one to set you up with a treatment plan that is more than what you need. She has actually advised me personally to not have an implant in a location that she thought would be doomed to fail. I would not have known any better. I remember needing a graft and she was concerned that it might not work as well as she would like due to gum deterioration. When the graft had healed it was good but not as good as she wanted it to be. To our amazement, we received a credit for a large part of the cost. We could not be happier with both Dr. Rueter and her fabulous staff.
