Dr Winters is the most caring, supportive specialist. Her gentle words, and empathy are effective and inspiring. She leads a writing class for cancer patients and is so encouraging and provides a safe place to express feelings. Whoever is her boss, should know that they should allow her to continue this class, as she does it for free and she is excellent. UCSD needs her in this capacity!!!
