I was very excited after meeting with Dr. Havens, I was at the VA for an annual exam with my primary, she came in as she was being consulted on my particular case. Dr. Havens was very pleasant, has a great warming smile and demeanor, if all Doctors could be this way, no one would ever hesitate to come to a provider! Thank you very much, as I was also at the time a bit leery on having more appointments with the VA. you made any doubts parish.
