Dr. Pool is a fantastic doctor. I have had many appointments with her and she is very respectful and had great bedside manner. I did not give 5 stars because her office staff is not very friendly and is often running behind. It’s a shame because Dr. Pool is so great, but the office staff (particularly the person who does scheduling) can be very rude.
