Although I was not seen until at least an hour past my appointment time, I was still very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Jones took her time talking with me, explaining everything very thoroughly and reassuring me that there are solutions to my issues. My appointment was late in the day and I imagine that she may get behind as she takes the time to attend to patience with a listening ear. All of the staff from front desk to her assistant were very warm and welcoming. Dr. Jones made me feel comfortable even when discussing sensitive topics.
