Dr. Carter is an excellent Neurosurgeon. She is very thorough in her work as a surgeon, from explaining the diagnosis to the procedure for the applicable surgery and the post op explanation of what she accomplished during surgery! I can't say enough good things about this brilliant Neurosurgeon! Thanks again Dr. Carter for being so caring and professional! Also for keeping my wife informed during my long surgery! Best wishes always!!!
