I left a review in 2021. Should have spoken to Dr Knoell before I wrote it. It turns out as he explained to me that particular day his office had many things going on that caused a couple of issues. Not to mention the fact that everyone everywhere was dealing with Covid restrictions that left everyone uncomfortable. Things can’t run smooth all of the time. I went to see him the other day and my visit could not have been better!! Very polite and professional staff. And as I stated in my first review, Dr Knoell is the best! He is by far the most thorough dermatologist I have ever been to and that is of the upmost importance.
