Visited the West Hills ER for a broken toe. Dr. Dellagrotta was extremely pleasant and professional. He was empathetic to my pain and didn't make me feel rushed. Even though it was only a broken toe he treated it as though it was more serious. Made me feel like i wasn't just a number or a patient but like a real person. Rare to find such a kind hearted doctor. Thank you Dr. Dellagrotta.
