Thank you Dr. Flachsbart, today is my 28th year anniversary, on Friday the 13th in 1995 you performed Aortic valve replacement on me. I since then have raised my family, retired from my career, and I am still going strong thanks to you and your gift of a long life. I have my cardiologist check me once a year just to keep an eye on things. Thank you once again, from me and my family. Steven Montoya
