Dr. Paley was my surgeon when I needed bilateral hernia repairs. He shared that his experience with patients who needed multiple repairs would have the worse repair done 1st, then more than 50% would not return for 2nd surgery due to the pain experience from the 1st hernia repair. He convinced me to allow him to repair both thus eliminating the risk of a future rupture due to not returning for a 2nd surgery. His care before & after were excellent & he demands the best care from hospital staff.
