I was so thankful for the conversation, information, and outcomes of this visit that I wanted to give a high five to Dr. Hempel on my way out but I didn't. He had already read previous medical notes for history as this was my first time meeting a pulmonologist. He offered plan options to optimize my condition, that significantly worsened this year, after 3 decades, and listened to hear which plan felt best to me. He even knew which options my complicated health care insurance would cover. Deep gratitude!!
