I have been a patient with Dr. Kelley Casement for over 17 years and have had excellent care during that time but would like to tell of an above and beyond care experience with her last month. I had severe tooth pain Friday night and called the office Saturday am - left message - she returned my call in 5 minutes (8 am) and told me to come into the office. It was an abcess and she attempted to do a root canal right then. Unfortunately, she acknowledged that I would need to go to an orthodontist for full resolution. She called around and no one was on call. Gave me enough pain killer and I was able to get in to the specialist on Tuesday the next week. She never charged me for the 2 hours of work that Saturday as she said "she wasn't able to fully resolve my problem". This professionalism and caring is above and beyond. Thank you.
