My dad struggled with a clogged tear duct and a ongoing infection in his left eye for more than 2 years. He saw numerous optometrists and ophthalmologist and eventually was referred to Dr Satterfield. After seeing my dad poked and prodded for years I can't say what a relief it was to see how gentle and knowledgeable Dr Satterfield was about my dad's condition. She ultimately ended up doing a surgical intervention for him that was completely successful with no side effects or complications. Me and my dad are so grateful to her for her excellent work with him.
