Dr. Ballentine is an outstanding physician who understands the importance of an effective patient encounter and the role it plays in medicine. She uses open-ended questions to glean the patient's understanding of the situation. She is good with her interview and review of systems. Her physical exam was thorough, leaving nothing up to chance. Most importantly, she made my father feel well-taken care of in a manner that was professional, kind, endearing. We feel very lucky.
