I only trust Dr Cowan with my care of bipolar disorder. She listens to my concerns and medicates appropriately. I am not over medicated and she always follows up with calls and will fit you in to be seen if really needed. I trust her with my care and I’m a nurse. I would not go to anyone else. She is always patient listening and not hurrying you to get out and yet I never wait more than 10-15 min.
