I am a patient with Dr. Smart. He is very kind and professional. He ordered a referral for GI on Feb 3. The staff was sitting on it, until I called on Feb. 14, making excuses. The staff has a feeling of hatred and discrimination, my color is brown. I need immediate treatment. This staff should be sent to work on a prison. A patient goes to the doctor crying, comes smiling. A doctor will happily treat even an enemy. madan gupta
