Dr. Nagasawa treats you like a person. He takes the time to explain and answer all questions. He does not rush through the appointment. He shows compassion and concern. His staff, from front office to his medical personnel, are genuine and enjoy what they are doing. Super friendly and kind. 5-star service, even though our diagnosis changed our lives forever.
