we met Dr McDonough in the ER at South Shore Hospital on July 11, 2022. She immediately put my wife at ease and promptly helped diagnose and treat multiple focal pneumonia, significantly affecting both lungs and effectively shutting down most of the airways. Dr. McDonough has a very calming manner, deep knowledge of emergency medicine and she has surrounded herself with a great team of healthcare professionals at South Shore. She was very hands-on and down to Earth. Highly recommend this doc.
