I had to go to the ER. After waiting four hours in the waiting room I finally got taken into a treatment room. When Dr. English came in to see me she immediately apologized for my long wait. She reassured me that she and I were communicating well and that she understood my description of how I was feeling. She was down to earth, very personable. She told me what she felt like was wrong, but also told me that she didn’t think a lot of useless procedures, such as a CT scan, would be necessary. I appreciated her honesty and her caring.
