If you're needing surgery, you're going to want this guy behind the business end of the knife. There's nothing on the table he hasn't seen or done, this guy is top shelf knowledge. Fantastic bed side manner, walks you through every corner you may be feeling apprehensive about. We've all met folks who are smart and they let you know they are smart. Higa communicates on a personal level whether you are a ivy league professional or a burger flipper. Do yourself a favor, if you need his type of services, look him up. Honestly I think he's in the witness protection program. Otherwise he'd be in a larger market than Fresno!
