Dr. Hall was very personable. I know this should not be a shock, but some MDs can be so cold and unapproachable. She made sure to include me in my health and made sure I felt heard. It does not mean she agreed with what I think I need or what I want, but she never made me feel like a dumb person if I was not following what the doctor is saying. I felt seen and heard.Outside my own experience, everyone I have spoken to in the hospital seem to love her. She seem to be the real deal.
