I have never in my life been so horrified with the fact that I cant make an appt. The phone service is HORRIBLE!! I wait on hold for over 30 mins. If this wasnt important I would find another dr, however he has already seen me but I may actually have to transfer my info to another dr. I am now on phone waiting again just to make an appt. Also after my last MRI I asked if the Dr can call me back to discuss. I called probably 8 times he got back to me over a month later. I updated because the relocation has improved service. Dr Choa, as a Dr. I would rate 3.8-4.0
