I found him to be very caring and his pre-op explanation to be very comprehensive and reassuring, he did a good job as far as the surgery went, but his post-op approach left a bit to be desired. most of his warmth disappeared and he was aloof and short on explanations. I really could have used more post-op information regarding scar tissue, (inside and out) and all the different kinds of pain I would endure and why. pain meds help but understanding the whys makes it easier to bare somehow
